• You must use correct and accurate information when filling out the any purchase form, this includes your full name, valid E-Mail address, correct payment processor information.
  
  
• We only accept payments from payment processor accounts that are in your name. Make sure you enter your correct payment information. We check all submissions and if the submitted names do not match your payment processor account your ticket might be denied, pending investigation.
  
  
• You must not buy tickets for other people.
  
  
• You can purchase tickets however many times you wish. After sucessful payment of a ticket, simply reload the main page for a new ticket submission form.
  
  
• A winning ticket is picked every Wednesday and Saturday at random by a computer script. We reserve the right to refuse payment if we feel acts of fraud have been committed. All decisions are final.
  
  
• Admins or staff of BuckLotto.com are prohibited from participating in our online lotto but are allowed to participate in our Cycler.
  
  
• You must keep your ticket number personal and do not make it publicly known.
  
  
• You understand and agree that this is a lottery and there is no guarantee that you will win. We accept no responsibility for lost funds.
  
  
• You must read and agree to our Terms & Conditions Of Use and Privacy Policy.
  
  
• We have a strict no refund policy unless we determine it is warranted.
  
  
• If your ticket is selected you will be notified in E-Mail, to the address that you used to buy your ticket. You must respond to the E-Mail to claim your prize within 7 days.
  
  
• Prize funds can take up to 7 days to transfer to the winner, after we receive the winner's response.
  
  
• Affiliate payments are made on our draw dates, Wednesday and Saturday. A minimum amount of $1.00 applies.
  
  
• If you are an affiliate, you agree not to SPAM others with your referral link. We have a zero tolerance for SPAM and your account will be blocked if we find evidence that you have violated this rule.
  
  
• Cycler payments are made at least once daily.
  
  
• The Cycler is a game and not an investment. You agree to this and understand that returns are not guaranteed.
